Restructuring

This is a medium to long term service primarily aimed at owners or investors who have sufficient capital reserves to service their businesses but who lack a professional management team to deliver the results they require.

After understanding of the needs and expectations of the board members or owners three possible options exist:

OPTION ONE: Short Term Restructuring

  • Short term specific goal setting (3 - 6months horizon)

OPTION TWO: Medium Term Restructuring

  • Medium term specific goal setting ( 12 months horizon)
  • Analysis and construction of a three to five year mid-range plan (MRP)
  • Presentation of the MRP and recommendations

OPTION THREE: Long Term Restructuring

  • Analysis and construction of the MRP
  • Long term specific goal setting (3 – 5years horizon)
  • Management Consultation Agreement
  • Implementation of the MRP
  • Company Milestone Evaluation Reviews

Elephant Management Consultants will typically work alongside, or in place of, key management personnel for the duration of the relationship.

Elephant Professionals are typically involved in the management and key strategy making of these companies from between three to five years.
